Dashing Coons is based in Ballwin, Missouri — about 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Local pickup is always preferred.

The local advantage

St. Louis metro families can pick up their kitten in person at our home in Ballwin. It is a short drive, and you leave with your kitten the same day.

When a litter is born and kittens are old enough to be evaluated — typically around four to six weeks — we share photos and updates. Kittens go home once they are fully weaned, vet-cleared, and up to date on vaccinations.

How the process works

Reach out by text at (618) 973-6926. We'll talk through what you are looking for and what is currently available. A live video call lets you meet the kitten before any money moves.

A $1,000 deposit through QuickBooks holds one kitten and is applied toward the purchase price.

Video call first

Before placing a deposit, I do a live video walkthrough so you can see the kitten, ask questions in real time, and feel confident about the match. Text 618-973-6926 to get that scheduled.

Pickup day

Local pickup in Ballwin is always welcome. You come to us, spend time with your kitten, and take them home the same day.

We go over health documentation, vaccination records, and care instructions together before you leave.

Vet clearance

Every kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian and cleared before leaving. We recommend a follow-up vet exam within 72 hours of pickup.
